Due to the impact of Covid-19, the World Physiotherapy Congress suspended offline activities for few years. This year, it's finally back. The World Physiotherapy Congress in 2023 was held in Dubai, from 2-4 June. The congress served as a global platform for physiotherapists, researchers, educators, and healthcare professionals to come together and discuss the latest developments in the field of physiotherapy. There are more than 2000 participants from 127 countries/territories took part in which include 30% fo participants are first timers.
The 2023 congress featured a diverse program, including scientific sessions, keynote speeches, workshops, and poster presentations. These sessions covered a wide range of topics related to physiotherapy practice, research, education, and advocacy. Participants had the opportunity to learn about innovative approaches, evidence-based practices, and advancements in various areas of physiotherapy.
In addition to the scientific program, the congress also facilitated networking and collaboration among attendees. It provided a valuable platform for professionals from different parts of the world to connect, share experiences, and build partnerships.
